If the client does not see improvements within 3 months after the implementation of all agreed-upon elements, TangerineSEO offers a money-back guarantee.

5. Payment:

Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services provided by TangerineSEO. Payment details and terms will be outlined in the contract.

6. Confidentiality:

Both TangerineSEO and the client agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability:

TangerineSEO is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by TangerineSEO shall remain the property of TangerineSEO.
